  12. The gifs that are packed with this issue of DnA Magazine are perhaps the most
  13. powerful documents that can make anyone question the authority of the Internal
  14. Revenue Service.

  19. I have refrained from typing these into TXT files, because of the doubt that
  20. they could create.  However, we decided to scan them into gifs to show the
  21. letter head, etc.  Now, there should be no question to their authenticity.

  28.      This gif is an exact scan from a FOIA request sent to the Senate of the
  29. United States of America.  The original requester of the information asked to
  30. know the exact law which requires any person to file or pay the federal income
  31. tax.

  33.      The response is quite interesting.  They can't find one.
  34.  
  35.      The Senate however tries to mislead you in the second and third
  36. paragraph.  They state that Article I Section 8 Paragraph I gives the IRS the
  37. congress to lay and collect taxes on incomes.  This is a complete lie.

  39.      Article I, Section 8, Paragraph I states:
  40.  
  41.      The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on duties,
  42. imposts and excises.  However all duties, imposts and excises shall be
  43. apportioned throughout the many states.
  44.  
  45.     They also try to tell you that "it is 'inferred' by the Congress", which
  46. is a very blatant lie.  All laws must be SPECIFICALLY AND UNDERSTANDABLY LAID
  47. OUT.  Nothing should be "inferred".  This is a very good FOIA, and it clearly
  48. shows the underhanded tactics of those trying to cover-up the blatant lies,
  49. deceit, and terrorism committed by the IRS.

  55.      This gif is perhaps the most interesting of all the FOIAs we have
  56. collected thus far.  At first it seems that such a question is frivolous.
  57. However if you look towards the bottom of the gif, there is a statute of law
  58. which everyone should know about.

  88.      Basically, this FOIA proves that the IRS does not have ANY jurisdiction
  89. outside of the District of Columbia.  And yet, how have they gotten away with
  90. it for so long?  How have we been duped into thinking that the IRS was a
  91. "necessary evil"?  Well, we and others are exposing them for what they are:
  92. extortionists, thieves and terrorists.  It doesn't take much to prove these
  93. points.  All it does take is that people are willing to learn a little, and
  94. cast aside what they have been CONDITIONED into believing!

  96.     If this is your first exposure to the IRS cover-up, then call DnA Systems,
  97. and d/l the information files we have available.  I guarantee that you will
  98. be shocked and angered, that you have been duped into believing the lies of
  99. the IRS.
